All delivery times provided are non-binding estimates. We are not liable for transit delays caused by customs processing, severe weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events.

Title and Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all purchased goods pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier (DHL Express or other designated carriers).

Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU / DAP): All international shipments are delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP). Our prices and shipping fees do not include local VAT, import duties, customs clearance surcharges, or broker handling fees that may be assessed by authorities in the destination country. All such duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is rejected or abandoned by the recipient due to customs duties or fees, all return freight charges and carrier administration costs will be deducted from any potential refund.
