At ETNICAS Jewelry, every piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and individually inspected before dispatch. We partner with leading global courier services to ensure your jewelry arrives quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing & Inspection: Every order undergoes individual quality verification and secure packaging within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are processed starting the next business day.

  • As soon as your order is dispatched from our artisan workshop, you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking link.

Shipping Rates & Transit Times

We offer tracked delivery for all orders. All orders are delivered door-to-door and does not require signature upon delivery.

International Delivery (Rest of the World)

  • DHL International: 7 – 12 business days (calculated at checkout based on destination).

  • DHL Express: 5 - 8 business days (calculated at checkout based on destination).

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • For US Customers:

    All United States shipments are dispatched door-to-door with all import tariffs, clearance, and customs duties 100% prepaid and inclusive. You will never be asked to pay unexpected brokerage fees or taxes upon parcel delivery.

  • For Other International Destinations:

    Orders shipped outside the United States may occasionally be subject to local import taxes (VAT/GST) or standard customs clearance fees levied by the destination country's government. These charges are determined by local authorities.

  • Order Tracking: Once handed over to the courier, you will receive a direct tracking link via email. 

Delivery Address & Accuracy

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please provide:

  • Your full legal name.

  • A complete street address (including apartment, suite, or unit number).

  • A valid mobile phone number and email address for courier status updates.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO military addresses, P.O. Boxes, or temporary parcel forwarding lockers.
